StealthEX is one of the leading non-custodial cryptocurrency exchange platforms out there. We recently interacted with Vadim Taszycki, the Chief Business Development Officer at StealthEX to know more about the platform and his role in the company.
Q: Hi Vadim, let’s start by getting to know you a bit. Can you tell our readers how you got involved with StealthEX?
A: Thanks for having me. I’ve been working in web3 professionally since 2020. My first role was with a small crypto media outlet. When it shut down in 2022, I already had a working relationship with StealthEX through earlier collaborations. They were looking for a Chief Business Development Officer at the time. We talked, realized our visions matched, and I joined the team soon after.
Q: What is StealthEX, in simple terms?
A: StealthEX is a non-custodial crypto exchange that offers instant swaps. Two things define us: privacy and ease of use. We work closely with communities that prioritize those values. For instance, we align strongly with Monero’s approach to financial privacy.
Q: How does StealthEX differ from other crypto exchanges?
A: Most platforms fall into either centralized (CEX) or decentralized (DEX) categories. StealthEX is neither. We operate through a network of liquidity providers, primarily CEXs, while keeping the user experience non-custodial. You don’t need to register or manage complicated bridging. Just select your pair from over 2,000 assets, send the funds, and receive your crypto.
Q: What are the main features offered by StealthEX?
A: The biggest one is seamless cross-chain swapping. Say you want to exchange Monero (XMR) for a token like PUMP.FUN (PUMP). We make that possible without needing to touch a CEX or reveal your identity.
We also have a strong affiliate toolkit. That includes a customizable swap widget, affiliate links and banners, and API. Wallets, instant exchanges, and payment platforms can all integrate with us to offer swap functionality within their own product.
Q: Are there any requirements for someone to use the platform?
Very few. We’re compatible with any wallet. As long as we support the asset you’re looking to exchange, you’re good to go.
Q: With security breaches in the news, how does StealthEX keep users safe?
A: Our architecture avoids common vulnerabilities. We don’t store user funds or run smart contracts. There’s simply nothing on our side to attack. This kind of simplicity goes a long way in reducing security risks.
Q: How has the community received StealthEX since its launch?
A: StealthEX has been live since 2018, which is a long time in crypto terms. We’ve made it through multiple bear markets by focusing on product quality, not hype. We take an organic approach, avoid heavy advertising, and prioritize community feedback. User experience is always our top priority.
Q: How many crypto assets does the platform support? Are fiat options available too?
A: We support over 2,000 crypto assets, and most of them can be swapped directly. Whether you’re trading trending tokens like PUMP or LOFI, or sticking with privacy coins like XMR, Zcash, or Zano, you’ll find them here. We also offer fiat on-ramps with more than 1,000 crypto assets available for purchase.
Q: What’s the process for listing a new token?
A: It’s pretty straightforward. The asset needs to be accessible through our provider network and have enough liquidity to support smooth execution. We don’t charge listing fees and are always open to working with niche projects, especially if there’s an opportunity for joint marketing.
Q: What initiatives have you driven to grow StealthEX since joining the team?
A: One of my key goals was to evolve StealthEX into a fully capable B2B2C product. We’ve made major upgrades to our API to make integration easier for partners. Just as importantly, we’ve emphasized fast, transparent communication. Web3 moves quickly, so staying current with trends and partner needs is critical.
Q: Any upcoming features or developments you can share?
A: We’re constantly expanding our provider network to improve swap routes and rates. One feature we’re testing now is low-commission, cross-chain same-asset swaps, for example, converting USDT on Tron to USDT on Polygon. Once it’s ready, we’ll make sure to announce it properly.
Q: Anything else you’d like to add before we wrap up?
A: Thanks again for the invite. I’m always happy to share what we’re building. And shoutout to the StealthEX team, they are the backbone of everything we do.
