Bitmine has expanded its Ethereum treasury after acquiring 60,999 ETH during the past week.

The purchase pushed the company’s total Ethereum holdings to 4,595,562 ETH, valued at more than $10 billion at recent prices.

The accumulation also supported market attention around Bitmine’s public stock, BMNR, which rose in premarket trading after the announcement.

Bitmine Expands Ethereum Treasury Above $10 Billion

Bitmine confirmed that it purchased 60,999 ETH during the past week. The company said the purchase increased its total Ethereum holdings to 4,595,562 ETH.

Based on recent market prices near $2,185 per token, the Ethereum reserve now exceeds $10 billion.

The company’s treasury strategy continues to focus on accumulating ETH during market fluctuations.

Tom Lee, chairman of Bitmine and founder of Fundstrat, stated that the firm increased its buying pace in recent weeks.

He said the company believes Ethereum is nearing the end of what he described as a recent “mini-crypto winter.”

Bitmine also disclosed that its holdings represent about 3.81% of Ethereum’s total supply of roughly 120.7 million coins.

The company is working toward an internal goal of acquiring 5% of the network’s total supply.

Alongside Ethereum reserves, Bitmine holds 196 Bitcoin in its treasury. The firm also reported about $1.2 billion in cash and other strategic investments.

Combined crypto, cash, and equity holdings now stand at approximately $11.5 billion according to the company’s latest disclosure.

BMNR Stock Rises Following Ethereum Accumulation

Bitmine’s stock, trading under the ticker BMNR, moved higher following the treasury update. Premarket trading showed BMNR shares rising to $22.37.

The price represented an increase of about 8.91% compared with the previous closing price of $20.54. The stock has also gained roughly 6.45% during the past five trading days.

Market activity around BMNR has increased alongside the company’s Ethereum accumulation strategy. Investors continue to track the relationship between crypto market movements and the firm’s stock performance.

BMNR currently holds a market capitalization near $9.34 billion. The stock’s yearly trading range stretches from $3.20 to $161.00.

Daily trading volume has averaged about 45 million shares. The elevated volume shows continued investor attention around crypto-linked equities.

Bitmine’s strategy places it among the largest corporate holders of Ethereum globally.

The firm also ranks among the most active public companies building crypto treasury reserves.

Staking Operations and Validator Network Expansion

Bitmine is also expanding its Ethereum staking operations. The company reported that 3,040,515 ETH from its treasury is currently staked.

The staked assets are valued at about $6.6 billion based on recent Ethereum prices. This amount represents about 66% of Bitmine’s total ETH holdings.

The company estimates annualized staking revenue of around $180 million at current yield levels. Projected rewards could reach about $272 million if operations reach full capacity.

Bitmine’s staking activity is supported by its validator infrastructure initiative. The company is developing the Made in America Validator Network, also known as MAVAN.

The network is scheduled for further development ahead of a planned launch in 2026. Bitmine is working with three staking partners to expand validator operations.

Bitmine also disclosed that it recently acquired 5,000 ETH directly from the Ethereum Foundation.

Tom Lee said the transaction allowed the foundation to fund operations without selling tokens in open markets.

The company stated that Ethereum accumulation and staking remain central to its long-term digital asset strategy.
