Elon Musk X Money partners with Ripple linked bank as RealFi expands XRP use

Elon Musk’s platform X is moving further into financial services through its upcoming payment system, X Money. The company has partnered with Cross River Bank, a financial institution known for its early adoption of Ripple technology. At the same time, RealFi is expanding the use of the XRP Ledger through new partnerships with major global conferences.

X Money Works With Ripple-Linked Cross River Bank

X is preparing to launch X Money as part of its plan to add financial services to the platform. The system aims to support digital payments and transfers for users.To support this effort, X Money is working with Cross River Bank.

The bank provides financial infrastructure for fintech companies across the United States. Cross River Bank has worked with Ripple technology since 2014. The bank integrated Ripple’s protocol to support real-time cross-border payments.

This system enables faster transfers between the United States and Western Europe. It also reduces delays common in traditional international payment systems.

The relationship between X Money and Cross River Bank connects the new payment system with a bank experienced in blockchain-based payment rails.

Ripple Technology and Cross-Border Payment Infrastructure

Ripple technology focuses on faster international transactions. It uses blockchain tools and liquidity solutions for financial institutions. Cross River Bank adopted Ripple’s protocol early in its development. The system supports near real-time settlement for certain international transfers.

Banks and payment companies often search for faster cross-border infrastructure. Ripple’s network provides one approach through blockchain-based processing. X Money’s partnership with a Ripple-connected bank links the social platform’s financial plans with existing blockchain payment systems.

The partnership may help X build payment capabilities that support international transfers alongside domestic transactions.

RealFi Expands XRP Ledger Use Through Global Events

At the same time, RealFi announced partnerships with three global technology conferences. These events include the Global AI Show, Global Blockchain Show, and Global Games Show. The conferences will take place on June 29 and June 30, 2026, in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Organizers expect more than 10,000 attendees.

The events will also feature over 250 speakers and more than 200 exhibitors. Participants include companies across artificial intelligence, blockchain, and gaming. RealFi will act as the official Payment Rewards Provider for the conferences.

The program uses the REAL token on the XRP Ledger. Ticket buyers can submit purchase receipts through PayRealFi.com. Eligible users can receive rewards through the RealFi platform.

REAL Token Listing and Conference Participation

RealFi also confirmed that the REAL token is now listed on the BTCC exchange. The listing expands trading access for the token. The REAL token operates on the XRP Ledger. The network supports fast settlement and low transaction costs.

Through the conference partnership, RealFi plans to connect blockchain rewards with event participation. Ticket purchases will trigger reward eligibility.

The Global AI Show, Global Blockchain Show, and Global Games Show bring together technology leaders and startups. Many companies will present new products and services.

RealFi’s role connects blockchain payments with large industry events. The initiative also expands the practical use of tokens built on the XRP Ledger.
