World Liberty Financial issues WLFI token on Ethereum, Sept 1, with early unlocks and safe claiming via Lockbox contract.
The WLFI token is being launched on the Ethereum mainnet. The token could be traded and transferred beginning September 1, 2025. The tokens that are purchased at the time of the launch are distributed to initial investors at a rate of twenty percent.
Cyfrin audited the LFI Lockbox smart contract in full. This ensures the safety and openness of every token holder. All unlocks and token claims will be handled by the Lockbox, which will be accountable for their completion.
Early Supporters Unlock the First Tokens
Those who have supported the rounds at 0.015 and 0.05 will be the only ones who will have access to unlocking capabilities.
On September 1, all wallets will have the opportunity to cash out twenty percent of their WLFI tokens. The rest 80 percent will be unlocked with a schedule voted by the community.

Before being able to claim tokens, owners of lockboxes are required to activate their contracts. Activation transfers all tokens held on the WLFI account to the Lockbox. After activation, the wallet balances will appear zero. This is to be expected
WLFI to Hit DEXs and CEXs After Launch
In case users have not bought the tokens during the initial sale, WLFI tokens can be purchased at DeFi and centralized exchanges. Partner exchanges will be announced by WLFI shortly
On the 25th of August, 2025, the Lockbox is scheduled to open for activation. Because of this, the users will have one week to get ready before the launch day finally arrives. Tokens can be claimed at a later stage, but it has to be activated first.
The Lockbox can only be activated by wallets that are compliant. To release tokens, users have to accept certifications and terms. This safeguards the community and guarantees regulatory standards.
Users are supposed to use only authorized links as per the World Liberty Financial official X thread. The firm will not ask any of the customers to enter their private keys or seed phrases. It is important to avoid fraud.
