Faruk Fatih Özer is the founder and CEO of Thodex, a defunct Turkey-based cryptocurrency exchange. He was wanted because of Thodex rug pull that took place in Turkey in 2021. At the time, Thodex was one of the largest crypto trading platforms in the nation, and Özer was accused of disappearing with about $2.7 billion in user funds in April 2021.
