Teng’s career is underpinned by a solid educational background. He holds a Masters in Applied Finance (Distinction) from the University of Western Australia and a Bachelor of Accountancy (1st Class) from Nanyang Technological University. His early roles include being the Chief Regulatory Officer at the Singapore Exchange (SGX) and serving as the Director of Corporate Finance at the Monetary Authority of Singapore.
