Ether ETF Outflows Hit Nearly $100M After Inflow Flip
US spot Ether ETF outflows hit nearly $100 million on November 5. The print reversed the prior session, when the same funds took in about $53 million. SoSoValue supplied the flow figures. BlackRock's ETHA led the exits with about $75.20 million in redemptions. One day of creations was gone in a single session.
How Ether ETF Outflows Wiped Out November 4 Gains
SoSoValue puts net withdrawals for US spot Ether ETFs near $100 million on November 5. That followed nearly $53 million in net inflows on November 4. The latest redemptions more than erased the prior day's gain.
Daily crypto ETFs flows stay uneven after launch. Early sessions once posted net inflows above $107 million. Positive days have not always held. November 5 shows how fast a modest inflow print can reverse when redemptions concentrate in large products.
BlackRock ETHA Leads the Ether ETF Withdrawals
BlackRock's ETHA took the largest hit among Ether funds. It shed about $75.20 million on November 5. That single fund supplied most of the category's negative print. Other Ether ETFs also saw redemptions, but ETHA set the day's scale.
The pattern matches earlier sessions where ETHA drove category totals. Selling centered on the largest product. It was not an even exit across every issuer.
Bitcoin ETFs Shed About $430M the Same Day
Ether funds were not alone. US spot Bitcoin ETFs posted about $430 million in net outflows on the same session. That is more than four times the Ether category's daily withdrawal.
Fidelity's FBTC led Bitcoin-side exits with about $200 million in redemptions. The Bitcoin print sits next to a recent rebound day. US spot Bitcoin ETFs had flipped to $74.6 million inflows on November 4 as FBTC led creations. One session later, both Bitcoin and Ether products were back in redemption mode.
One day of outflows does not lock in a lasting trend. The November 5 tape still shows cooler demand across the two main US spot crypto ETF groups. The next sessions will show whether ETHA redemptions keep capping Ether products, and whether Bitcoin funds keep selling after the brief November 4 bounce.
