Solana LAUNCH Token Goes Live on MEXC Meme+
Solana launchpad token LAUNCH has joined MEXC's Meme+ Trading Zone. The LAUNCH token MEXC listing expands access through a centralized exchange interface. MEXC scheduled spot trading for October 26, 2026, at 12:10 UTC, with withdrawals opening six hours later. Exchange users can reach the token without a separate Web3 wallet. Alongside the listing, LAUNCH said it plans to move future launches away from Stonkfun and run its own infrastructure.
What the LAUNCH Token MEXC Listing Adds
According to MEXC's announcement, LAUNCH runs on Solana under contract address AhBidGAgv6QbKSWfrSCegGrzFLcBx4E5FNYTKHNQQj6C. That address identifies the listed asset so traders can tell it apart from tokens that share the same name. Withdrawals are set to open at 18:10 UTC on October 26.
MEXC describes Meme+ as a dedicated trading zone for trending on-chain memecoins, a corner of the market that has also seen sharp session moves such as PEPE's recent 9% four-hour jump. The exchange says the zone is available in the MEXC app under More, then Meme+, and that it needs App version 5.1.0 or later.
Spot grid trading will open one hour after spot trading begins. Grid tools place buy and sell orders across chosen price intervals.
LAUNCH Plans Independent Infrastructure After Stonkfun Split
In a statement on X, LAUNCH said it would move away from Stonkfun for future launches. The project plans to keep its main Stonk pair and keep supporting Stonk pairs. The change covers future launch rails while existing links stay in place.
LAUNCH said talks with Stonkfun about custom token pairings moved slowly. The team wants tokens launched through its platform to pair directly with LAUNCH. It argued that depending on another platform limited those features. That framing is the project's own account of the split.
According to LAUNCH, Stonkfun currently routes launches through LaunchLab, so its stack depends on two underlying services. The project plans to introduce its own bonding curves, which use preset formulas to price tokens during launches. LAUNCH says that would give it more control over fees, pairings, and infrastructure.
Proposed Fees Connect Launch Activity to Buybacks
LAUNCH outlined a planned 3% fee on launches, split into three equal parts. One percentage point would fund LAUNCH buybacks and burns. Another would support the launched token's ecosystem. The last point would fund platform development and growth.
A buyback means using revenue to purchase tokens. A burn means retiring tokens so they cannot be spent or traded again. LAUNCH's plan channels launch fees into both, so platform activity would drive purchases and supply cuts if the system ships as described.
The next test is whether LAUNCH delivers the infrastructure and shows how it distributes fees. Direct LAUNCH pairs and verifiable buyback records would show whether the design works in practice. MEXC has widened access to LAUNCH trading. The project still has to turn the proposed changes into measurable results.
