Frankfurt, Germany — Veysage has launched a private-market investment platform designed to give eligible investors access to private company opportunities through a single account.

The platform brings together company research, offering terms, purchasing, settlement updates and ownership records, with a current focus that includes private artificial intelligence companies.

The launch addresses a part of investing that works differently from public stock markets. Private-company shares are not continuously available on an exchange, transaction structures can vary, and investors may hold either direct shares or a beneficial interest depending on the offering.

Veysage is designed to put those details in front of investors before they make a purchase.

Private-market investing from one account

Veysage organizes the investment process around three stages: discovering an opportunity, reviewing and purchasing an available position, and tracking the investment after the transaction.

Users can research available companies and review information provided for individual offerings. When an opportunity is open, the platform displays relevant terms such as the investment structure, price, applicable fees, minimum investment and eligibility requirements.

The process differs from buying a listed stock. Private-market inventory depends on whether positions are available, and settlement can take longer than a normal public-market trade.

Veysage keeps the subsequent process inside the same account. Investors can follow settlement and retain purchase confirmations, ownership documentation and other records connected with their positions.

AI companies form part of the private-market offering

Artificial intelligence is one of the areas currently represented on Veysage.

The platform lists private-market opportunities connected with companies including OpenAI, Anthropic and DeepSeek. Their presence on Veysage should not be interpreted as a partnership or endorsement by those companies. The opportunities relate to private-market positions made available through the platform’s investment structure.

This distinction matters in secondary private markets. An investor may gain economic exposure through existing shares or another disclosed ownership structure rather than buying newly issued stock directly from the company.

Veysage provides the ownership structure for each opportunity as part of the offering information so investors can see whether they would hold direct shares or a beneficial interest.

Availability can also change. Unlike a public stock exchange, private-market inventory depends on positions being available for purchase.

Research and transaction information stay together

Veysage combines its private opportunities with company research intended to help users examine an investment before proceeding.

Instead of presenting access alone, the platform gives investors a place to review the company and the specific terms attached to an available position. Public-market companies are also included in the broader research environment, allowing users to follow companies across different stages of the market.

Once a private investment has been completed, Veysage keeps its records connected to the user’s portfolio.

That includes the status of a transaction and the documents associated with the position. The approach is intended to reduce the fragmentation that can occur when research, transaction documents and portfolio records are handled through separate services.

Private investments remain illiquid

Veysage’s launch does not make private shares equivalent to publicly traded securities.

Private investments can be speculative and illiquid. There may be no active market for selling a position when an investor wants to exit, and the value assigned to a private company can change significantly between financing rounds or other corporate events.

Eligibility and availability also depend on the individual opportunity. Minimum investment amounts, fees and ownership structures can differ.

Veysage presents these terms at the offering level rather than applying one structure to every private investment.

The platform’s launch is therefore focused on providing access and managing the investment process rather than removing the risks associated with private markets.
